Scott - You may know Scott from when the AAA Service Center was open. Scott has been in the business for years and has had many customers follow him from AAA. We are happy to have such an experienced expert on our team. He was a technician, so he can help explain the technical mumbo jumbo in easy to understand terms.
Doc - Doc grew up in Queens, New York. He has traveled the World as a US Army Paratrooper. Doc has a passion for cars and people and loves to help people understand what is going on with their vehicles. When Doc is not here helping people, he loves to snowboard and ride motorcycles. We would like to thank Doc for his service.
Sammy - Sam came to the interview many years ago and I could tell right away that he was someone special. He just did not tell me he had tools, he showed me pictures of his garage. It was extremely clean and organized. Sam is not only a Great ASE Diesel, Master Technician, he is the most passionate Auto Technician I have ever met. He also holds his Advanced Diagnostic and Master Hybrid Technician Certificate and is our European Specialist.
T.R. - Moved here in 2009 following his heart (girlfriend Cory). Thank you Cory! He left his families auto repair business in Cottonwood, Arizona, and fit right in with the team. T.R. is also a Master Technician and Diesel Certified who grew up in the auto repair business with a passion for repairing gas and diesel vehicles.
Dan - Dan also grew up in the auto repair business with his father having more than one shop. Dan has been a Master Technician since 1995.He also has cars in his blood and lives with a passion for repairing vehicles that the dealer cannot repair. Oh ya, he's also Diesel Certified.
Jim - Jim has been passionate about working on cars for more than 20 years. After going to The College of the Desert, he went to work learning and he hasn’t stopped taking classes since. Jim has recently made his Master Certification a priority and should have it completed soon. When Jim isn’t taking care of your vehicles you can find him wakeboarding behind his boat.
Miguel - After graduating from High School at age 15, he knew he wanted to work on cars. How lucky is that to know what you want to do at age 15. He went back to School and received his degree and now is on his way to have his Master Certification in the next couple months.
Justine - She may answer the phone when you call for an appointment or give you a ride home. Most of the time she is helping us keep all the paper work straight. Keeping all the paper work straight sometimes can be the most difficult job here.
James and Donald - These are the guys who are responsible for washing and vacuuming your vehicle. They are also the ones who will give you a ride home and come back and pick you up after your vehicle is all ready to go home. Love hearing from our clients how friendly these guys are.
Steve - Amy’s Uncle, Steve, whom is mentally handicapped, moved in with us (Craig and Amy) back in May of 2011. He is retired, but loves to come to the shop and hang out with the guys and make us smile. You might find him helping clean your car or dumping the trash or just hanging out playing video games on his phone. He loves to bowl, golf and play softball with Special Olympics.
